Senior Executive of Human Resources

The candidate shall serve as part of Human Resource and will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits and training to ESQ Employees in various geographies. The position is at ESQ Noida office but for official purpose the candidate may have to do domestic and international travel.

Education Degree in business, human resource management, psychology or any other related field
Experience 7-10 years; relevant 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps.
  • Introduction of new staff into their work environment.
  • Support in the handling of the employees' payment.
  • Conducting research about best practices and current salaries on the respective market.
  • Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues.
  • Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees.
