Facility Manager

The candidate shall serve as part of Administration that Should be able to handle multiple tasks at a time with Excellent communication skills Knowledge of cash management, purchase, vendor negotiation provides quality support to ESQ Employees in various geographies. The position is at ESQ Noida office but for official purpose the candidate may have to do domestic and international travel.

Education BBA/B.Com/M.Com/MSc/BA/MBA/Any other related field.
Experience 9-14 years; relevant 8 years

Required Skills
  • Maintenance of office space with record keeping
  • Ensuring office is neat, and stocked with necessary tools for functionality, Including stationery and others.
  • Assist with planning and execution of all company events
  • Vendor negotiations, New Vendors, Facility Management Vendor follow ups
  • Procurement of general office supplies.
  • Able to Handle Housekeeping management, Security Management, Facility Management.
  • Ensure availability of Stock, Keeping track and analyzing department wise consumption & back billing to the projects.
  • Co-coordinating admin activities in office and co coordinating with internal departments, Customer/Vendor interfacing.
  • Office and showroom maintenance
